Voluntary disaster reduction organizations are systems for mutual aid in the community. It is different from public assistance, in which tax is invested, and from self-help, in which personal assets are spent. It is a social system of voluntary activities that enhances the ability to respond to emergencies by adding advance preparation to the spirit of “When in trouble, it’s on you and me”. There is no public authority.
Our company provides support for mutual aid resilience.
We provide flexible support for operational aspects such as organization formation and generational change, selection of stockpiles, and planning and implementation of graphical exercises and drills.

Housing and home health care
